Limayem Moez
Organization: University of South Florida


Moez Limayem is a scholar-researcher whose passion for encouraging relevant business research goes hand-in-hand with his data analysis expertise, teaching acumen, and visionary thinking. The dean of the University of South Florida’s Muma College of Business has enhanced the college’s profile, increased resources, built demand, and strengthened relationships with alumni and business leaders. As a result, the college has received several transformational gifts. As an administrator, Limayem streamlined the college’s infrastructure and helped faculty members land national research grants, bolstering the college’s research profile. As a scholar, Limayem has received many awards and published dozens of articles, many on technology and its intersection with consumers.


Policano Andrew J.
Organization: University of California, Irvine


Andrew J. Policano is former Dean and Professor Emeritus of Economics and Public Policy at The Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine. During his nine-year tenure as Dean, the Merage School received over $60 million in pledges, created five new degree programs, broke ground on a new building, and consistently ranked among the top 5-10% of accredited business schools globally. Policano was also the founding Director of the Center for Investment and Wealth Management, whose flagship LIFEvest program has now helped over three hundred high school students from underserved families achieve financial literacy. Prior to UC Irvine, Policano was Dean of the Wisconsin School of Business, where he led a campaign resulting in an increase in the School’s endowment from $6 million to over $90 million. He also developed a financially self-reliant strategy for the School, part of which included the development and construction of a conference center with no state funding. Policano is co-author with Gary Fethke of Public No More: A New Path to Excellence for America’s Public Universities. His second book Climbing the Ivory Tower: Strategies for Academic Leaders in Turbulent Times focuses on the challenging financial environment for higher education and describes potential strategies for university leaders. From Ivory Tower now forms the basis for leadership workshops at several universities including UC Irvine, UC San Diego and UCLA. He is a widely sought after public speaker who has addressed hundreds of groups on topics including the current macroeconomic environment, the challenges facing higher education, financial literacy, strategy and leadership. His commentary on these subjects has appeared in numerous outlets including Business Week, the Financial Times, the Huffington Post, the Washington Post, the LA Times and the Sacramento Bee. Policano serves on the Board of Directors of Rockwell Collins and is a Trustee for the Payden&Rygel Mutual Funds. He has served as Chair of the Board of Directors of AACSB International, where he was honored with a Lifetime Service Award. He has also played a key role in the PhD Project, one of the most successful diversity initiatives in higher education and has been inducted into the PhD Project Hall of Fame. He and his wife Pam have four children and three grandchildren.


Singh Tanuja
Organization: St. Mary's University


Dr. Tanuja Singh is dean of the Greehey School of Business at St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, TX. She earned her doctorate in marketing from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL. She earned her MBA from Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, and an MS in Physics from Allahabad University in India. As dean of the Greehey School of Business, Tanuja leads about 40 faculty and staff members. She also serves as the president of the Southwestern Business Deans Association and is the immediate past chair of Women Administrators in Management Education for AACSB. She regularly presents to national audiences including corporate leadership teams on various topics including: millennials’ attitudes and behaviors, global and cross-cultural strategy, women in leadership, and organizational strategy and leadership. She has served as a member and team leader on several PRTs for AACSB. She has published over 40 peer-reviewed journal articles and conference proceedings. She is the co-author of a book on electronic media titled Surfing the Rift: An Executive’s Guide to the Post Web 2.0 World. Tanuja serves on the editorial boards of three marketing journals and has been program and track chair for major conferences around the world. She has received grants from private and public sector organizations for research and training in the areas of technology and global marketing strategy. She has traveled extensively and maintains an active network of colleagues and friends around the world.
