Adovor Kodjo

Kodjo has 17 years of experience across investment banking and management consulting. Prior to starting Kevi Capital, he was VP of Commodities and Credit Derivatives Product Valuation at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Kevi Capital is an investment fund focused on education and healthcare infrastructure development and investments in Africa. Kodjo is a co-founder and co-Host of the Impact on Record podcast, which engages in conversations with impact investors, social entrepreneurs, and the impacted. In his free time, he is a wine sommelier and is currently a Certified Vinitaly Italian Wine Ambassador. He also enjoys long distance road biking with major biking events including 177 miles from Houston to Austin and 210 miles from Paris to London. Kodjo has an MBA from the Yale University School of Management with a focus in Finance, Strategy, and Asset Management. Ajjan Haya

Bentley Andrew

He is the partner responsible for PwC’s relationship with Northeastern University and serves on both the D’Amore McKim Board of Visitors and the Undergraduate Accounting Advisory Board. Echambadi Raj

Raj Echambadi is the Dunton Family Dean of the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. Prior to joining D’Amore-McKim, Echambadi served as the Alan J. and Joyce D. Baltz Professor and the Senior Associate Dean of Strategic Innovation in the College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. With over 200 faculty members serving more than 5,000 undergraduate and graduate students, the D’Amore-McKim School of Business is known for its thought leadership across all business domains, as well as its teaching excellence. The essence of Northeastern and D’Amore-McKim is experiential learning–rigorous academic classroom content is blended with meaningful business experience through our signature global cooperative programs. It is a unique model of business education–one that inspires students and molds them into impactful business leaders. Echambadi’s charge is to collaborate with the talented D’Amore-McKim faculty and staff to execute this vision. Echambadi’s major research interests in strategic innovation focus on how firms balance the importance of exploring opportunities found in nascent markets with exploiting opportunities in current markets. His research articles have been published in some of the top business and statistics journals. In 2004, his paper on employee entrepreneurship–describing how senior employees from incumbent companies founded new ventures that then directly competed with those incumbents themselves–won the Academy of Management Journal Best Paper Award. Utilizing principles from his work on innovation, he helped launch the online MBA program at Illinois. This program, known as the iMBA and launched in partnership with Coursera, has been hailed by the media as a breakthrough innovation in graduate education. He has also obtained several research grants, including one from the Kauffman Foundation, to study technology entrepreneurship and innovation issues. Echambadi is also an accomplished teacher. He has taught a wide range of courses at the undergraduate, MBA, executive MBA, and Ph.D. levels, and he received numerous accolades at the University of Illinois for his teaching achievements, including the Campus Excellence Award in Professional and Graduate Teaching and the College of Business Alumni Award for Teaching Excellence. Echambadi received his undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering from Anna University in India and his Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Houston. He also serves on the board of trustees of Carle Hospitals.

Evans-Alston Mina

Mina Evans-Alston is the Program Manager for Lockheed Martin Corporation’s Corporate Engineering Technology & Operations (CETO) Engineering Excellence Leadership Development portfolio. She has over 20 years of experience in the areas of business management, Lean Six Sigma, organizational management, program management, workforce strategy and talent development. Mina has also served as Program Manager for the corporate wide Master Black Belt Program. She also provided management oversight, leadership, career planning, and curriculum design and business strategy to the LM21 Operating Excellence community across Lockheed Martin and their respective business partners. Prior to her current role, Mina played a key role in shaping the Green Belt, Black Belt and Master Black Belt strategy for Lockheed Martin as exemplified by her involvement in the development, management and execution of the Master Black Belt program. Mina is also a Master Black Belt, Lockheed Martin Certified Executive Coach and a leader in Change Management. She also provides coaching and mentoring to senior/middle level management across Lockheed Martin’s enterprise. Provide broader executive leadership, system and business process support to the field recruiting functions that manage approx. 30,000 hires annually. Partner with NBCUniversal team. Allison served on the Comcast University leadership team from January 2014- March 2018 as the Vice President of Talent Management. Allison led the enterprise talent management strategy, tools and process in support of the Comcast Cable Operations business. Allison also held responsibility for High Potential Development experiences for the organization. Prior to her Headquarters role, Allison served on the Comcast West Division Human Resources team as the Vice President of Talent Management & Talent Operations from September 2011-December 2014. Allison was responsible for leading talent acquisition and talent management across the West Division. In this leadership role Allison drove roughly 8,000 hires a year. She also led the internal talent management and executive succession planning activities for nearly 22,000 employees in the West Division. Before joining Comcast, Allison gained 20 plus years of work experience in various industries. Allison led talent for Yum Brands globally. Kearns Jeff

Kliman Russ

Mike Malefakis is CEO & Associate Vice Dean, Aresty Institute of Executive Education at The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Columbia, Mike served as Director of Executive Education at the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Molly Nagler became Chief Learning Officer of PepsiCo in February 2019. She is responsible for a learning strategy that equips PepsiCo’s workforce to delight consumers around the world. PepsiCo is a Fortune 50 company with 265,000 employees. Previously, Molly was Senior Associate Dean for Executive Education at Yale School of Management. In this role, Molly led a talented group in delivering 70+ executive development programs a year on such topics as customer insights, sustainability, global leadership, and managing high-performance teams. Programs ranged from 2 days to 6 weeks and were delivered to global audiences at Yale and abroad. Under Molly’s leadership, executive education doubled its program revenue while expanding into online courses that netted high participant satisfaction scores and completion rates above 90%. Before joining Yale, Molly was Director of Strategic Alliances at UC Berkeley Center for Executive Education, where she built international partnerships and worked with corporate clients on customized leadership programs.
