Lasio Morello María Virginia
Organization: ESPAE-Graduate School of Management


Virginia holds a Mechanical Engineer degree from ESPOL in Guayaquil Ecuador, and a PhD in Organizational Behavior from Tulane University. Dean of ESPAE Graduate School of Management at ESPOL since November 2002. Currently teaches Organizational Behavior courses at PMBA and EMBA, and leads the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor for Ecuador. Was member of the board of Ecuador Global Compact Network, and the Board of Ecuadorean Chapter of the WBCSD (CEMDES). Currently is a member of AACSB International Latinamerican & Caribbean Advisory Council and Advisory Council for Biz ED magazine. Her research interests are decision-making, entrepreneurship/ creativity/innovation.


McBride Brad J.
Organization: Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM)


J. Brad McBride is professor and Director of Development at the Business School of the Instituto Teconológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in Mexico City. Dr. McBride received his Ph.D. in 1995 from the McCombs School of Business at University of Texas in Austin and he teaches courses in International Business at ITAM. Among his duties at ITAM is the coordination of international accreditation efforts for the Business School, including AACSB, which ITAM initially received in 1998 and EQUIS, since 2009. Dr. McBride has also published a number of research papers in international academic journals relating to contraband and counterfeit markets for legitimate goods in Mexico as well as work values among Mexican managers. Prior to entering academia, Dr. McBride worked for a number of years in the audit and international accounting areas at a subsidiary of Pepsico in the United States and Mexico.
